Yes!!! Definately dropping pounds this summer. I’m sticking to good old fashion workout… might even hire a trainer. And I’m giving soda, juice, alcohol… Im trying to create a healthier eating habit as well. Wish me luck.
i’m going to aim to lose 10 pounds…..
I’ve started doing personal training sessions. Not because of summer coming up specifically, just to look and feel better overall. Hoping to lose about 15 lbs
I want to lose at least 20lbs, i have already lost 10 by juicing and doing the dvd work out insanity. Overall i want to get to a place in my life where working out is second nature.
My aim is to lose 45 lbs by fall. I’ve lost 20 lbs by scaling back how many bad carbs i eat, walking my dog longer and doing circuit training in my living room. I just want to feel comfortable in my clothes.
