If you can’t get down to Florida to bask in the Miami sun, Target’s got the next best thing with their latest high-fashion concept, The Shops at Target. The national chain has been known for its exclusive collaborations with high-end designers like Isaac Mizrahi and Jason Wu, and now the retailer is creating stores within a store with its new shops concept, and first up is the popular Miami boutique, The Webster.
The 211-piece collection from luxury store screams south beach with a variety of short suits, floral bikinis and flowy maxi dresses and skirts in a pallet of corals, greens, blues, and yellows. Accessories weren’t forgotten either, with an assortment of bangle bracelets, wedge sandals, totes, and sun hats included in the line. You can even pick up something for your man, like palm-print cuff shorts.
The collection will debut at 1,800 different stores on May 6, and The Webster is only the first of five new boutiques Target is rolling out in its shops. Up next will be San Francisco’s The Candy Store, Aspen’s Cos Bar, Boston’s Polka Dog Bakery, and Warren, Conn.’s Privet House. And don’t worry, there won’t be another sold out Missoni situation this time around. Target promises to have enough supply—in store and online—to meet the demand.
