Everyday there seems to be an attack on women in some form in the media, most notably black women. And the First Lady of the United States doesn’t appear to be off limits in this attack. Congressman Jim Sensenbrenner was recently over heard in the Regan National Airport, saying some pretty mean and distasteful things about our First Lady, Michelle Obama. Jim feels as though Michelle Obama should “practice” what she preaches in regard to her “Let’s Move” campaign which promotes and encourages healthy eating and exercise. In his words: “She lectures us on eating right while she has a large posterior herself.”

Whoa, stop the press. He could not be looking at the same women the rest of are, the Michelle that is in great shape, health, and not to mention fashion forward. That comes to total of pure fabulousness. How can a man who appears to be quite opposite, fix his mouth to say such things. Jim Sensenbrenner can really benefit from Michelle’s “Let’s Move” Campaign because his posterior is much bigger there out first lady. Since the news has hit the public he has since apologized, “I regret my inappropriate comment and I have sent a personal note to the First Lady apologizing.” Oh how convenient, trying to cover up your rudeness. I do indeed think that this apology was forced. What you think?

  1. Clearly Mr. Sensenbrenner has the wrong idea of what being in shape is. There are plenty of women (Like Beyonce, Kim Kardashian, Emmy Rossum, etc.) who have a “large posterior” yet are in great shape. Having a big behind has nothing to do with lack of fitness, and everything to do with genetics and heredity. Can these ridiculous politicians please use their better judgment, and stop trying every way imaginable to “throw stones” at our wonderful President and his amazing First Lady? This is all old hat now.

Congressman Nosensebrainer has around 10 lbs of fat around his neck alone. I see why this country is in deep do-do. We go old azz frat boys running the country with that we are the rulers of the universe thinking. And I’m sure this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to what those old racist say about FLOTUS.

Yes, it is…I have seen people calling her a monkey and saying the most disrespectful things.

She is a classy lady. I like Mrs. Obama. She is a wonderful role model for young girls, IMO.

But you know how it is with racists…they will attack her because she is a Black woman who is clearly confident and secure within herself.

She has a nice shape. She is tall and slender with curves in all the right places. She has toned arms, so she can rock shift dresses like nobody’s business. A lot of jealous racist white women were mad about that so they started saying she was masculine and accusing her of copying Jackie Kennedy Onassis. How about NOT! She is feminine and her style is classic. But I guess only white women are allowed to wear skirts and pearls and heels, so how dare this uppity cow step out of line? *sarcasm*

Some people will call a sista fat just because she has a booty and some thighs…it’s just pathetic, really.

Michelle Obama is far from obese.

he should watch where he puts his eyes. the lady is married. not everyone likes the stick insect look!

  6. Elizabeth says:

I’m supersensitive so this news upset me enormously. When will white male privilege prohibit the attack on black women’s bodies?!?! My other reaction was like the other commenters, which was “Whoa, this is a married woman!” What right does he have?! He insulted the wife of the leader of the free world!

I’m very sensitive too, Elizabeth…I understand how you feel.

But at the same time, you can’t allow the ignorance to hurt you. Not everyone can appreciate the beauty of Black women.
