Skin:

Shimmery metallic tones just aren’t for the eyes and they’re not always in powder form. They can also be worn on the skin- with foundation, of course. Try incorporating Nars Orgasm Illuminator (liquid) on the high plane of the cheeks, nose bridge and cupid’s bow by blending with a sponge or fingers. Applying a deeper warm plum-toned blush like MAC Deep Plum on the hollows of the cheeks will lightly contour the face.

Lips:

The lips have to have an icy understated look. A really sheer, hydrated and iridescent color is will you the ultimate ice princess finish. Apply Laura Mercier Brown Sugar Lipstick and top it off with Inglot AMC Gloss #541.
