#4 Dreaming Of Being Rapunzel.
We all must realize that it takes years for our hair to grow. If your hair isn’t down your back after being natural for one year, do not be upset. Hair length is a process that takes time. Ladies, as long as your hair is healthy and well maintained, you should be satisfied with your hair no matter what length it may be.

#5 Going to Sleep Without Protecting Your Hair.
Sometimes you have a wonderful night out partying with your friends and you just hit the sheets. No matter how tired you maybe, make sure you grab that satin cap or have a satin pillow on your bed. Girl, you will wake up shredding like a sheep and your hair will be dry like a desert. If you have to keep your cap in your purse, please put it on before you go to bed.

I am definitely guilty of ripping out knots and not trimming. Thanks for this!

I’ve done for out of 5 *drops head in shame* especially playing in my hair which I get from my mom…she’s always touching my hair. And sleeping without my satin cap, I am still unaccustomed to covering my hair at night because I didn’t do it for the most part when I had a perm.

I’m guilty of constantly touching my hair. I am trying really, really hard to break the habit though.

I love touching my hair, it feels so nice. When my hair was relaxed as soon as it started to grow out I’d be touching the new growth. Don’t think I can stop that one!
