Transform Ya

Commitment isn’t easy. But that’s no excuse to stay stuck in your style rut. Have you been desperate for a new cut but not ready to take the plunge? Sick of your wardrobe but too timid to try a new trend? Here’s how to temporarily toss out your old look without completely throwing caution to the wind.

Pin back your bangs. Not only is it a great way to grow out your bangs, it can instantly give you a more youthful and fresh-faced appearance. Simply secure with a bobby pin.

Create a faux bob. Gather your hair at the nape of your neck and secure with a ponytail holder. Twist into a tight bun and insert bobby pins along the bottom of the bun. Pick out pieces of hair to frame the face. Create loose waves with a large barrel curling iron and finish with holding spray.

Clip-in extensions. Ideal for adding length, layers or color without altering your natural strands. Try Milky Way Clip-In extensions. Simply anchor the clips and snap them shut. You can also purchase wefts of hair and sew the clips on using weave thread.

Try a coral lip. No color screams “summer” louder than coral. Take a break your neutral lip and pucker up! Try Revlon’s Super Lustrous Lipstick in Kiss Me Coral for an unexpected pop of color.

Borrow something from your boyfriend or brother’s closet. And pair it with your girliest piece of clothing: His blue oxford tucked loosely into your pink ruffle skirt or his chunky grandpa watch with your slinkiest blouse.

Mismatch prints. The trick is to keep your separates in the same color family. Sport a striped tee with floral bottoms. Remember, confidence is your best accessory!

Chris Brown reference in the title. Rihann photo. Yeah. Clever.

Didn’t even think of that. The pic was chosen cause of the “bob” reference. – That’s all.
