Children of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith could be the celebrity teen fashion designers. Stylist Mariel Haenn (Rihanna, Ciara) will be teaming up with the stylish Willow and Smith to develop their unique personal styles.
Haenn tells Hollywoodlife, “Willow is definitely inspired by Rihanna’s style. We make an effort to give Willow her own style, so as not to be a mini-version of Rihanna.”
Haenn says the ultimate goal is to follow in Rihanna’s step by inspiring retail and runway. “You started seeing designers from Forever 21 to Gucci coming out with styles mimicking her look,” says Haeen. “I think the ultimate goal is for Willow and Jaden to have their own line.”
Haenn says budding fashion head, 9-year-old Willow knows exactly what she wants. “Willow really knows what she likes, and what she doesn’t like, and she’s vocal about it.”
Hollywoodlife also confirms Willow is working on an album as well. Go Willow!
Well from what I’ve gathered it won’t be anything out of line because Jada doesn’t play that. If anything it seems like a good creative venture for the children in terms of branding the smith family name!
